MyRecruiter is a special kind of HR Software. It’s friendly. It connects humans to humans. Its main users are usually women over 30, with low or no technological training. Positioning both online and in the application had to be friendly and fresh.
We helped name the product MyRecruiter, suggesting a personal product, unlike big enterprise application, usually a pain in the apps to use. Users could identify the product with personal use software.
We used shades of fuchsia and other friendly and bright colors to induce a state of relaxation to whomever might evaluate its use.
The website focused on the product and its benefits, it encouraged visitors to get in touch or register online for news on HR and HR software.
A blog helped communication in a friendly and direct manner.
Icons had to be designed to communicate the application’s visual identity in the user interface. We worked close with the software development team and implemented the visuals successful.
